Alaskan Clydesdale

Only in Alaska ....... This guy raised an abandoned moose calf with his horses, and believe it or not, he has trained it for lumber removal and other hauling tasks. Given the 2,000 pounds of robust muscle, and the splayed, grippy hooves, he claims it is the best work animal he has. He says the secret to keeping the moose around is a sweet salt lick, although during the rut he disappears for a couple of weeks, but always comes home.... Impressive!!

The Virgin River Gorge, in all it's glory

The Virgin River Gorge is in the South Western corner of Utah and snakes into Arizona and Nevada.

I-15 runs along the gorge and can be seen in the last picture.

It is a beautiful stretch of land, but can be dangerous when drivers don't watch their speed and take the curves too quickly. Or if they are too busy looking at the beautiful view and don't watch the road.

Because What is the point of Pets, if not for Our Entertainment?
